RBSCC Career Pathways Job Training

We work hard for our participants and provide many great services including career counseling and coaching, workshops to learn critical skills such as resume writing and interview techniques, GED classes and individualized tutoring, and industry recognized credentials through partnerships with educational institutions. Each of our career fields are in high demand, offer good entry-level opportunities, and have a clear path for advancement through education and training.

Program Highlights: Career Pathways has recently partnered with FJC Security, one of NYC’s largest privately owned security firms. This is a great opportunity for our participants since we can refer them directly to FJC for a job interview upon completion of our program.

Success Stories: Prince Johnson enrolled in our program last winter and began GED classes. While he was attending class, he completed our job training program and obtained a security license. Prince is now working full-time as a security guard for FJC and passed the GED this past June!
