Management Our function is to maintain a stock of safe and affordable housing, providing residents an environment they can be proud to call home. Our office strives to create an environment of open communication with our residents. We take pride in the fact that our doors are always open and phone calls are returned promptly. Our residents know that they have the full support of being part of the RBSCC network and the myriad of social service programs provided.

RBSCC’s Management programs are handled by two subsidiary companies. Ridgewood Bushwick Management Corp, dedicated to the oversight of multifamily rental buildings and CO-OP properties, and Community Property Management Inc, dedicated to the oversight of our senior housing. Together the two companies oversee more than 1600 units of affordable housing. Operational Capacity CPMI and RBMC have had the benefit of 15+ years of experience in the field of property management in order to know what is necessary to make a property run smoothly. RBMC currently employs a property management team of 10 and a maintenance staff of 40+ employees. The management staff is Quadel trained in tax credit compliance as well as other accredited management coursework. CPMI currently employs a property management team of 8 and a maintenance staff of 16 employees. The management staff is Quadel trained and certified through their assisted housing accreditation course. All staff members are encouraged and rewarded for seeking additional trainings and certifications. Both management agencies have the benefit of the support of its parent corporation RBSCC. Through RBSCC we employ a 5 person bookkeeping team dedicated to management operations.

Green focus- We see it as our duty while preserving safe and affordable homes that we fulfill our responsibility to minimize our portfolio’s impact on the environment. The benefits achieved are twofold for our community residents: there are added health benefits, as well as a decrease in operating costs allowing more funds to be put back into the buildings for capital improvements.
