OTDA Homelessness Prevention

Below is the content for the OTDA Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program portion of the RBSCC website. Within the week, we should have a success story and hopefully some pictures to add to this page.

Program Description: This program assists at-risk and homeless families to stabilize their housing. Many of these families are in the process of applying for shelter. The program also focuses on a high need population, families who have recently “aged out” of foster care and entered the shelter system.

Program Highlights: Within the span of a few months, RBSCC staff have relocated 22 families from the NYC shelter system and relocated them into their own apartments.
